The ATC Imported Housing Promotion Center was established by the Osaka Municipal Government on July 29, 1995 to make it more convenient for Japanese consumers and housing-related industries to get access to information about products excellent in energy efficiency and design qualities and to improve housing quality in Japan by providing all sorts of information concerning overseas superior housing. Many people utilize the center on a daily basis.
Our exhibition hall is located on the 9th floor of the ITM building in the ATC (Asia and Pacific Trade Center) at Nanko, Suminoe-ku, Osaka City, and has 3,200 square meters of floor space, which provides ample space for us to exhibit world building materials(Zone A), new or remodeled sections of imported houses(Zone B), world exteriors and gardening(Zones C and E), and world kitchens(Zone D). The hall also houses seminar rooms and a library corner. All of these comprehensive and integrated facilities enable us to function as a one-stop shop, where necessary information and consultation services are available in one place for selecting overseas building materials, getting home building and remodeling advice, and selecting a homebuilder. We providecustomers interested in having imported houses built with both tangible support (products) and intangible support (knowledge).
We also provide housing-related industries with various kinds of business support including help in finding complementary business partners and help in reaching prospective customers.
